Pain. Everyone gets it, no one likes it. From a bad back to a simple splinter, this bath tea is what you need. It has Eucalyptus and Peppermint Essential Oils, Rose petals, Chamomile Flowers, Lemongrass Tea, Epsom Salt, and baking soda (to distill the tap water that makes your bath).
🌿Eucalyptus : This amazing and elegant plant has several health benefits and here are a few(Psst! If it smells familiar that’s because it it the active ingredient in Vick’s Vapor Rub!):By soaking in my Vegan Pain Relief Bath Tea, you would think just the Eucalyptus Essential Oil would be enough. Not for this girl! Enter the Peppermint Essential Oil! Yes a second oil, I know, but it has major pain killing properties plus:So again, this oil helps with multiple ailments. Now that I’ve had my fix of Essential Oils 😉, let’s move on to the other ingredients that make up this amazing bath tea. I have to say, I was really, pleasantly surprised when I found out just how beneficial the rest of the ingredients in the tea are. I hope you are too! Roses. Everyone loves them. They smell like heaven, and look like it too. But did you know they have health benefits too? They contain anti-aging antioxidants, yes, really. And! When you soak in something such as a bath tea with rose in it, it alleviates menstrual and abdominal cramps. Yup, those beautiful roses aren’t just something to look at.The next ingredient, if you’re a regular reader of my blogs, is a favorite of mine to use and I will throw in almost all my bath teas because it is so good for you there’s no reason to skip it. I’m talking about chamomile flowers. Not only is it effective for several different types of pain, like burns, psoriasis, and rashes, it’s relaxing and has several benefits for your skin. Here’s another one of those graphics I love so much:Lemongrass. We all take it for granted. We all treat it as an afterthought, an additive. But lemongrass is not second best to anyone or anything, my friend. No. Did you know it not only comes in its stand alone tea form, not “such and such Tea” with lemongrass, but lemongrass tea, it is a powerful, natural remedy for pain, fever, muscle aches and cramps, inflammation, headache and much more. Just check this out:Now comes my favorite part of all my bath teas. Epsom Salt. I add Epsom Salt to all my bath teas for one reason, it’s amazing.
